人生首马，21km。从备赛到完赛，用脚步丈量城市的每一步。跑步不仅是身体的修行，更是意志的锤炼。

作为团队队长，负责20名队员的日常训练与赛事组织，并致力于激发每个人的潜力。通过数据化分析队员的技术特点（如进攻成功率、防守到位率）和对手战术录像，为团队量身打造个性化的训练计划。在首都高校杯比赛中，通过对对手一号男双「攻强守弱」特点的精准分析，调整出场顺序并进行临场动员，带领球队历史性地闯入四强，获得季军。

2023.09 - 2024.06

作为校园大型活动负责人，独立策划了校级「十佳歌手」大赛。为解决往届活动「观众被动」的痛点，引入了「线上预热投票+线下评委打分+实时观众投票」相结合的多渠道互动机制。作为活动总负责人与主持人，既要站在台前调动气氛，更要在幕后协调5个部门、20余名工作人员的高效协作。通过将任务拆解到人、责任明确到分钟，成功应对了音响故障等突发状况，确保了活动的流畅体验，最终吸引了超过3000名师生参与，获得了大家的一致好评。
